虎洞村是兴宁市新圩镇的行政村。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
1949年以前这里有羊栋坑、泰山、虎二三个村，之后合并：取“虎二”的“虎”，再取与“洋栋”的“栋”同音的“洞”，合成虎洞。[1]1958年为大队，同年11月划入新圩公社；1983年11月属新圩区；1987年设村委会；1989年11月行管理区制；1999年又恢复村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，虎洞村获广东省爱卫会授予2021年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
