望楼村在黄金镇的东南部，是梅州市丰顺县黄金镇所辖的一个行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据当地说法，新中国成立前国民党在这里建了一幢楼房作谷仓并雇人看守，人们便把此处叫作望楼。[1]1958年编为黄金公社望楼大队，1984年定为黄金区下的望楼乡，1987年设望楼管理区（属黄金镇），1999年组建村民委员会。[1]
