历史沿革[edit]
石江大队（1958年）、石城乡（1984年）、石江管理区（1990年）、石江村民委员会（1999年）是它先后用过的名称[3]。
村情[edit]
村情介绍说，村下12个自然村共685户，合计3167人；辖区2.53平方公里，有耕地1022多亩，山地1800多亩，种香芋、蔬菜、马铃薯、稻米[1]。省道228线和梅汕高速公路从村中经过[1]。
村里的地热资源丰富，温泉埋藏浅、流量大，水温最高88摄氏度，富含多种矿物质，目前多是村民自己使用，村里修了一座公共浴池[1]。石江村是2019年9月公布的「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之一；镇情介绍还把它与大罗村、河西村一同被评为丰顺县文明村[1][4]。
