黄洲村位于广东省惠州市惠东县的高潭镇境内，是镇辖行政村，高潭苏维埃政府旧址在村内的黄坑。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原名黄坑，据说因土壤呈黄色得名，后来人口增多，改称黄洲。[1] 村在1870年是平山司升平堡下的黄坑小村；新中国成立后经历了黄洲乡、金星农业社、燎星大队（1958年时属海丰县）等名称，1983年恢复黄洲乡之名。[1] 1987年成为高兴居委的一部分；1989年3月，惠东府〔1989〕123号文把它分出来，设黄洲管理区，自1998年起是黄洲村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

2021年9月，黄洲村列入广东省农业农村厅公布的「第二批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，产业为茶叶。2019年12月入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单，2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」，2022年1月又被确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

高潭苏维埃政府旧址在黄坑，原是高潭罗氏宗祠，砖瓦结构，上三间、下三间，两侧各有横屋，建筑面积200平方米，祠内8根石柱撑起两架梁。1927年11月高潭区苏维埃政府成立，随即在祠内挂牌办公。祠堂1980年由族人集资重修，1987年10月定为惠东县文物保护单位。[2]
