松元村是惠阳区良井镇的行政村，村名一说因当地早年遍生松树，又是一个村小组的名称。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清乾隆年间，村民从梅州兴宁迁来。1951年撤村设乡，称松元乡；1956年10月松元、时化、黄洞三乡与山井合并为“中等乡”，1957年下半年松元分出，建农业高级社。1958年惠民村小组因黄洞水库移民迁到此地。[1][2]
1959年设松元管理区，同年11月撤区设队为松元生产大队，1969年改称革委会，1982年复称大队，1984年3月禾垅大队并入，改设松元乡；1986年8月撤乡设村，1989至1994年称管理区，1999年5月设松元村民委员会。[2]
