茶园村是惠州市惠阳区秋长街道所辖的行政村，相传当地村民旧时多以种茶为生，故名；2013年8月列入第二批中国传统村落名录[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
乡政府1953年驻在村里，因而叫茶园乡；1959年改设大队。1983年茶园与红山合并成秋西乡，次年各自分出并称村民委员会，之后称管理区，到1999年5月又改回村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
茶园村的老屋村小组有榴兆楼，为三进带四座角楼的客家围龙屋，占地1482平方米，面阔50.4米、进深29.4米，朝向东南，角楼的镬耳墙至今较完整[2]。百度百科记其建于清咸丰四年（1854年），博雅地名网则记为光绪年间，两说不一[1][2]。香港沦陷后，1941年12月起约半年的文化界人士营救行动中，该楼是一处中转站；它在2004年8月成为惠州市文物保护单位，2019年4月升为省级[2]。
文化[edit]
茶园村在2019年12月入选第二批国家森林乡村，2020年至2022年连续列入淘宝村名单，2023年4月又进入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单[1]。叶维儒（1921年至1994年）为茶园村人，生于香港海员家庭，1938年12月加入中国共产党[3]。
