高浪村是封开县都平镇西北部的行政村，西北与广西苍梧县木双镇相连，从村委会到都平街约9公里[1]。
地名由来与沿革[edit]
村名来自1963年的合并：高浪、龙虎、旱田三个大队并成高浪大队[1]。此前，该地在解放前是封川县文西乡第十保的一部分，土改时叫第十村，1957年起先办三个农业社，1961年各成大队，合并后到1987年改为村委会[1]。
基本情况[edit]
高浪是解放战争时期的游击根据地。博雅地名网记：村内分13个经济合作社，226户、1200余人，山地约1.8万亩，耕地650亩；乡道已硬底化直达村委会，近年又新盖了小学教学楼。2019年9月，村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」[1]。
