历史沿革[edit]
清代这里分属旺洞村和旱田村。怀集县人民政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准，1998年11月成立黄翰村民委员会，名称取自村委会驻地的村名。[1]
经济[edit]
以林业为主，林地以速生桉6500亩为主，另有松500亩。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2024年1月，列入「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
