六龙村是怀集县诗洞镇西南面的行政村，距圩镇13公里，辖16个村民小组，村情页记有458户、2100人。[1]这里是镇内的革命老区村，据村情页，六龙乡人民政府于1926年成立，是怀集县的第一个红色政权。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
村名由当地六条形似长龙的山脉而来。[1]起初称六龙大队（1964年），1983年改乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年4月又称管理区，1998年起为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地961亩、山地32280亩，村民收入主要靠经营山林和青壮年外出务工。[1]
