名称与沿革[edit]
该村以六苏坑得名；1998年11月，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立六苏村民委员会。[1][2]起初称六苏大队（1964年），1983年改乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年4月又称管理区。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村内耕地1210亩、山地20931亩，村情页称沙糖桔已种500多亩。[1]2019年9月，六苏村与实源村等一同被列入广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
