名称与沿革[edit]
村东有两条山脉，形状像双龙出海，故名双龙。[1]此后依次为1964年双龙大队、1983年双龙乡、1987年双龙村委会、1989年4月双龙管理区，1998年成为双龙村民委员会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
耕地1330亩、山地16423亩；村情页称有20多台手扶拖拉机和农用车从事运输，2.6公里村道已硬底化。[1]2019年9月，该村入列广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
