平龙村是汶朗镇西南部的行政村，离圩镇7公里，辖12个自然村，总人口1724人，设一个党支部，有党员55人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名由“平山”和“龙坑”两个自然村各取一字组成。[1]1958年最初是平山与李坑两个大队，到1966年才合成平龙大队，1971年重又各自分立，1983年又并成平龙乡；1986年为村委会，1992年为管理区，1998年起称平龙村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地共163.71公顷，水田62.66公顷，旱地77.13公顷，另有139.8公顷划入保护区，约占耕地的85.39%。[1]经济以粮食生产为主，自然村道已全部硬底化。[1]
