塘村是广东省肇庆市广宁县坑口镇西北部的行政村，因1983年设塘村乡、1987年设塘村村委会而得名，是革命老区村。[1]
村距县城25公里、距坑口圩镇4公里，辖26个村民小组，450户、1799人。[1]村内主要种植尾叶桉、茶杆竹和木薯，建有木薯良种种植示范点和速生丰产林示范点；境内有一座装机容量1250千瓦的水电站。[1]2019年9月，塘村被列为广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建对象（2018年度）。[1]
清道光年间属顾溪铺；1958年设塘村大队，1983年起改称塘村乡，1987年设塘村村委会，1989年称塘村管理区，1998年起为塘村村民委员会。[1]
