邓屋村是龙头镇下辖的行政村，属镇乡结合区，1972年由路西大队分出，设邓屋大队^[1]。2022年9月认定为「2022年湛江市文明村」^[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

邓屋原属路西大队，1972年分出单独成队，归龙头公社^[1]。1983年改称邓屋乡，隶龙头区公所；1987年设村民委员会，1990年改设邓屋管理区，1999年重新成立邓屋村民委员会，沿用至今^[1]。

邓屋村于2019年9月名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位^[1]。
