历史沿革[edit]
民有乡成立于1951年，1957年成为高级社，属吴川县第八区，1958年改称民有大队。1983年上垌大队并入，仍设民有乡。其后依次为村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）和村民委员会（1999年）。[1]
