湴蓼村位于鹤山市龙口镇中部，古崖公路穿村而过，邻近江肇高速出口；所辖自然村有4条：新庆、和平、天堂、合岗、13个农业经济合作社，面积约6平方千米，常住人口2200人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，早年村舍以禾草拌泥糊盖，俗称「湴寮」，本地话中「寮」与「蓼」同音，由此得名。[1]清代属古劳都，1958年称湴蓼大队，1983年称湴蓼乡，1986年称湴蓼管理区，1998年起称湴蓼村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地5230亩，种稻谷、花生，并有水产、生猪、家禽养殖；村内有工厂7家、养殖场23个。2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村。[1]
