辖区面积2.5平方千米：东到朗星社区，南到沙龙路，西到九樵路，北到北村社区。2020年5月，其中的西桥一带拆出，另设西桥社区。[1][3]
人口民族[edit]
常住13986人，户籍人口6939人（共2137户），另有流动人口4663人。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
崔氏宗祠别名五凤楼、山南祠，用来祭祀始祖崔世英，建于明嘉靖四十四年（1565年）；原为五进，现存五凤楼与「山南世家」牌坊两进，2002年被公布为广东省文物保护单位，2023年10月开工修缮，第一、二进在2024年12月完工。[2]
