仁和里村是汕头市龙湖区外砂街道辖下的行政村，在国道324线外砂路段东部，东邻李厝村，南接汕头机场，西与五香溪村相连，北面是外砂河，隔河同澄海城区相对。[1] 村子建于清光绪年间，以一处刻有“仁和里”三字的村门得名。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
清光绪年间，李厝、林厝、内陇三村的村民陆续迁到这里，建起的村子叫王厝新乡，又叫王厝洋。1920年，村人在四周筑起围墙，开四座栅门，门额题“仁和里”三字，用来勉励乡人讲道德、讲团结，村名由此而定；全村以王姓为主，黄、蓝两姓为辅。[1][2]
创村时归澄海县蓬洲都管，1932年改隶上蓬区；1958年起随外砂公社，1984年归外砂区，1986年定为外砂镇的仁和里村。其后1999年3月设村民委员会，2003年1月进入龙湖区，2019年改属外砂街道。[1][3]
经济[edit]
仁和里是纯农村庄，村民以种植业为主，兼养家禽和水产，20世纪90年代起又兴起家具加工。[1]
