水井村是乐昌市白石镇辖下的行政村，黄白公路从村域穿过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
水井村1958年设大队，1983年设乡，1987年称村民委员会，1989年改管理区，1998年重设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网，村委会有11个自然村，耕地1550亩（旱地1099亩、水田451亩），林地365.9公顷；336户、1407人。农作物以水果和蔬菜为主。2009年有933人参加新型农村合作医疗，占全村人口的67%。[1]
2026年的报道说，水井村与油甫、坛祖两村以村集体入股方式，建起食用菌大棚，由村级公司经营。[2]
