上黄村是乐昌市白石镇的行政村，下辖的自然村达18个，是镇内自然村最多的村之一。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
上黄1958年设大队，1983年设乡，1987年称村民委员会，1989年改管理区，1998年重设村民委员会，延续至今。[1]
经济[edit]
博雅地名网载，村耕地1950亩（旱地1150亩、水田800亩），林地490.8公顷；344户、1478人。简易公路通各自然村，多数村道未硬化。上黄从前是全镇黄烟的主产区，因长年连作影响了产量，后来调整结构，利用海拔高、昼夜温差大的条件发展蔬菜。2009年有1026人参加新型农村合作医疗，占全村人口的52%。[1]
