昌山村是广东省韶关市乐昌市长来镇所辖的行政村，位于长来镇北部，下辖桃子园、中间、石头坝、新村四个自然村。^[1]据村情介绍，全村有228户、958人。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据村情介绍，昌山是该村委会下属村落中形成最早的一个，也是乐昌的古村落之一，村名由此而来。^[1]

1958年设昌山大队，1983年设昌山乡政府，1987年设村委会，1989年设管理区，1999年重设村委会，沿用至今。^[1]

全村耕地1460亩，其中水田830亩、旱地630亩；村民种水稻、蔬菜，养猪、鸡、鸭。^[1]2012年5月，昌山村入选「第三批广东省历史文化名镇名村」。^[1]2024年3月被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」；2026年3月认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。^[1]
