和村是广东省韶关市乐昌市长来镇所辖的行政村，位于长来镇东北部，下辖和村、五汪、开祥、五汪移民四个自然村。[1]据村情介绍，全村有340户、1791人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设和村大队，1983年设和村乡政府，1987年设村委会，1989年设管理区，1998年重设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

全村耕地2800亩，其中水田2000亩、旱地800亩；村民种水稻、蔬菜，养猪、鸡、鸭。[1]蔬菜是和村的主打产品，该村在2021年9月入选省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」；曾先后进入2018年度、2020年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（公布于2019年9月、2020年12月）。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

五汪的谭氏宗祠为纪念北宋谭必而建，院落呈长方形，门楼、前厅和殿堂依次排开，祠内建筑共177平方米；五汪附近的铁屎岭是北宋时期粤北规模较大的冶铁遗址。[2]
