历史沿革[edit]
村里数白竹自然村最大，村委会又设在那里，村名由此而来。建国后先称乡，1958年改大队，其后几经乡、村委会、管理区的更替，1998年起定名白竹村委会。[1]
2019年9月，白竹村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
