石内村是始兴县沈所镇的行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
石内最初是1951年的石下内乡，1956年编入鹅公高级社，1958年起称石内大队。1960年它与围溪合成鹅公大队，群星同年冬天也并进来，之后恢复石内之名；围溪、群星在1979年又各自分出。1998年撤管理区，改设村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
石内村在2023年5月被广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
