历史沿革[edit]
村名因村委会设在东联村而来。1949年，东厢乡（隶曲江县大塘区）管着这片地方；1951年起先后并入韶关市郊的环市公社和新韶公社；1982年成为市郊区新韶区公所辖下的东联乡，1987年改设村委会。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村民多姓黄、杨、叶、丘等。2014年总人口1053人。[1]
经济[edit]
村里长期务农，种水稻、蔬菜、花生、竹笋和林果；改革开放后转为以蔬菜种植为主，传统品种包括白菜、菠菜、油菜和西红柿，同时兼顾畜牧与水产养殖。2014年有耕地642亩多，其中蔬菜125亩、水稻517亩，另有山林1561亩、鱼塘398亩。[1]
著名人物[edit]
早期共产党员叶凤章和叶发青都出自今东联村一带的翻溪桥。[2]
