石岗东村在广州市番禺区大龙街道境内，是一个行政村，村域2平方千米，市莲路、清河路贯穿其间，西边不远有地铁3号线的出入口。[1]村子在北宋时形成，起初叫石毬岗，后称石岗；1958年石岗分设东、西两个大队，东边的即后来的石岗东村。[1][2]村集体经济主要靠出租商铺和厂房，2026年1月，村里获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1][2]

石岗东村的前身是石岗，因村子面向水域、背靠多石的山岗而得名，初名石毬岗。[1]1958年分成石岗东、石岗西两个大队；东边这个在「文化大革命」中一度改叫东风大队，后来恢复原名；1987年设立石岗东村民委员会。[1]
人口民族[edit]

村里端午办龙舟节，春节举行文体比赛；村中建有清河公园、老年人活动中心和长者饭堂。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2026年1月，又被评为广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
