历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，乾隆末年村西南驻有一处军营，军营撤走后部分官兵留下安家，加上村南有溪流经过，得名营溪。[1]
经济[edit]
村地处道路交会处，商业市场密集，村、社集体主要出租厂房与土地。[1]2020年至2022年列入淘宝村名单，2021年12月获广东省卫生村称号。[1]
