历史沿革[edit]
社区居委会成立于1999年，博雅地名网作4月，又作6月28日。2008年3月19日，华文社区居民委员会改名粤垦社区居民委员会。[1]
人口与单位[edit]
社区内有华文学院和省农垦总局两家单位，住宅区为春晖苑、丽晴轩、侨英花园。共1748户，3155人有本地户籍，实际常住约8000人，另有流动人口1100人。[1] 社区党支部有党员38名，志愿者协会有专兼职志愿者58人。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，粤垦社区被广州市住房和城乡建设局确定为「广州市2021年绿色社区」。[1]
