农科院社区是广州市天河区五山街道下辖的社区，辖区主要是广东省农业科学院的院区，居委会也设在院内，故以农科院为名。[1] 社区在五山街道的东南面，东起白石岗街的兽医研究所，西到东莞庄路的蚕业研究所，南与石牌交界，北到与岑村交界的大丰路，面积2.2平方千米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
居委会自2001年3月起筹建，2002年7月成立；另一处记述作2002年5月成立农科院社区。[1]
人口与单位[edit]
社区内常住7792人，外来人口超过一千。辖区内有广东省农业科学院及其下属的12个研究所，还有天河区城市管理执法大队。[1] 农学家丁颖在石牌创办的稻作试验总场，是该院的前身之一。[2]
荣誉[edit]
社区曾获天河区绿色社区、安全社区、无毒社区、科普示范社区等称号；2021年11月被确定为「广州市2021年绿色社区」，2024年11月获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
