三和村位于分界镇境内，是一个村庄，村名寓意和谐融洽[1]。该村约于清道光四年（1824年）落户建村，1998年9月设立三和村委会，沿用至今[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，三个旧村合并为一个生产大队，取名三和，改设村委会时沿用了这一名称[1][2]。

村庄建立后，清末宣统二年至民国20年（1910年至1931年）属罗定县第三区的水摆团；民国21年至30年改属水摆乡，民国31年至解放初又改属罗镜乡。1950年5月转归第一区的水摆乡，1956年划入分界乡[2]。

1961年6月，分界一带自罗镜公社划出，另设分界公社，三和亦归其管辖[2]。1983年8月，三和改为乡级建制，归分界区；1986年11月乡制取消，改为三和村民委员会。1989年5月又改为三和管理区，隶属分界镇。1993年获评革命老区；1998年9月管理区撤销，恢复为三和村委会，沿用至今[2]。

2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把三和村列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位[1]。
