黄梅村是历洞镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网，村中莫姓先人自河北迁至广东兴宁，1574年又迁入本地，在黄梅石屋定居，始建村落。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

其后石、罗、何、吴等姓陆续迁入。旧时属裕宁都图的范围，民国期间划归七区的裕义乡。[1]

1958年公社化后设黄梅生产大队，隶历洞人民公社；1983年设乡人民政府，1987年村委会取代乡政府，1989年改为管理区，1993年起隶历洞镇人民政府，1999年才复称黄梅村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村庄上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
