历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初期，此地属新兴县第五区廿四乡。1958年并入天堂公社，1981年从原大队分出，设龙坪乡。1983年称龙坪村，1986年设龙坪管理区，1999年改为村民委员会的建制。[2]
