高二村是富林镇辖下的行政村。村名的来历与一段农业合作化的往事有关：它是富林第二个办起高级农业合作社的基层单位。[1]2026年1月，村庄获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予村庄「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1956年富林乡有两个高级社，其中一个联村称高二社，统辖附近各村寨。1958年公社化时，高二社改成高二大队；1983年撤社改区，改称高二乡。1986年设为高二村民委员会，划归富林镇管辖；1989年改称高二管理区，1999年以高二村民委员会的名义延续至今。[1]
