历史沿革[edit]

1957年以前，陂头村属下坡乡。1958年归超美公社的一个管区，1959年改属占陇公社管区。1983年成为陂头乡，1986年设占陇镇陂头管理区，1999年改称陂头村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

吴氏懋祖祠建于1938年，属近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑，位于本村，同为县级文物保护单位。[1]

2019年9月，陂头村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
