东一村是广东省揭阳市普宁市南溪镇下辖的行政村，位于普宁市区北面。村子的水上运输方便，货轮可通揭阳、汕头。[1]

村有耕地245亩，主产蕉柑。村中有钢铁加工厂，村里的妇女多靠抽纱、织造羊毛衣物等手艺谋生。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

公元1452年，福建莆田竹竿巷的移民迁来此地创村。当时村中原有李、肖等姓村民，后陆续迁往外地。[1]

村址据说原在宋代南蛮酋长水龟的住地洞内，后取谐音“东内”为村名。[1]

新中国成立前村子隶属太和乡，解放初改属第八区。1958年编为林兜生产大队，1980年改由南溪区管辖，设林兜乡；1987年划入篮兜管理区；1999年定名东一村委会，沿用至今。[1]
