陂头社区是揭西县五经富镇下辖的居委社区，位于镇区中心。这里旧时是名为陂头墟的老墟镇，商人聚居，人口集中，后改称陂头居委。[1]

2019年9月，陂头社区上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

陂头墟后来改为陂头居委；2002年又改称陂头社区居民委员会，此名沿用至今。[1]
