历史沿革[edit]

1958年至1983年属东星大队，此后1984年改设东星乡政府，1986年成为东星村委会，1990年设东星管理区办事处，1999年才定名东星村民委员会[1]。

社区荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，东星村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。2019年9月，东星村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
