东洲村位于广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇西部，属革命老区村，南临榕江南河，隔江与普宁市相望，马白公路与镇道穿过全境。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原名东畔寨，元末已建寨。1958年与三洲合建为乡，名为东洲乡；1986年村委会成立。[1]

全村包括山下、太史、田心、大塞内、秦厝头等自然村。[1]

经济与建设[edit]

2023年12月，霖磐镇组织党员干部到东洲村察看人居环境与河道整治，东洲村把水塘河道清淤作为常态化工作，定期开展巡河。[3]

2024年的政府工作报告称，东洲村打造了南美对虾养殖基地。[5]

据2022年政府工作报告，东洲村美丽宜居示范村建设已基本完成。[6]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，省乡村振兴部门把东洲村列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位。[1]

2025年，东洲村为第三批典型村培育村之一。[4]
