北洋村是云路镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中部一带，国道206线横穿村域。村内是「古山二号」龙眼的选育地，也是「成顺菊花糕」的产地。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

村落在明万历年间已经形成。清代这里属揭阳县梅岗都，民国时又归梅岗东区管辖。1949年设梅岗区北洋乡，1959年改为北洋生产大队；1984年设北洋乡，1986年成立村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以三高农业和养殖业为主。博雅地名网所载的2009年数据中，经济总收入为18745万元，工农业总产值为17784万元；村民人均纯收入4887元。[2]

特产[edit]

「古山二号」是本村选育的龙眼品种，由农业科技部门会同省、市科研单位培育，历时17年。该品种在2000年通过广东省品种审定，此前的1995年还在第二届中国农业博览会上获金奖。[3]

「成顺菊花糕」为潮汕一带的传统甜品，始创于清同治元年（1862年），北洋的「成顺」店为创始店铺。2021年，「成顺菊花糕制作技艺」列为揭阳揭东区非物质文化遗产项目。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」称号。[1]

2019年9月，村入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，村先后入选阿里研究院公布的「2020年淘宝村」「2021年淘宝村」「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]
