新北村是文祠镇下辖的行政村，由云路头、新厝下、庵边、丁厝寮4个自然村组成，主村为云路头。[1]

村史[edit]

1556年（明嘉靖三十五年），邱继阳自饶平迁来，村址先定在云路头。新厝下为廖姓，庵边为谢姓，丁厝寮有廖、翁二姓。1958年公社化时属北社大队，1973年称新北大队，1999年起改设村民委员会。[1]
