大涌社区是广东省中山市大涌镇下辖的社区，位于镇内卓旗山东南部。社区东面紧邻镇政府机关所在地，南面临岐江河，西南与安堂社区、西北与南文社区接壤。[1][3]

社区由3个自然村组成，2001年原村委会经改制后并入大涌居委会，两者合组为大涌社区居委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区名称源于当地习惯称大河为“大涌”。元大德初期（1297年至1300年），萧景春由新会周郡迁居此地，村落因此形成，村东南临石岐河。[1]

村级建制曾多次变动：1983年先设大涌大队，继而在1986年改称大涌乡，1987年又设村委会。1993年一度改为管理区，1998年重新设立村委会。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

辖区内有大业工业区和新围工业区，企业以制衣、洗水和红木家具为主。[2]

社区2011年全年总收入为749万元，纯收入为572万元。[2]

社区在2006年获得「广东省卫生村」称号，2007至2009年度被评为「中山市文明社区」，2010年获「广东省“六好”平安和谐社区」称号。[2]

2021年12月，社区列入「2021年度中山市绿色社区」名单；2026年3月，又被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
