四村社区在塘厦镇西南约4公里处，属于镇行政文化新区，总面积5.5平方千米。社区含4个自然村，分为7个居民小组。到2016年，本地户籍有420户、1220人，外来的新莞人则有两万余[1]。

道路与市场[edit]

社区修了9条道路和7条商业街，这些道路都能接到塘龙路，并通向莞深高速、龙林高速和迎宾大道，构成交通网络[1]。社区的四村新街市由居委会与居民小组两级股份投资800多万元建成，建筑面积8000多平方米，底层为农贸市场，二楼是超市[1]。
