彭屋村位于东坑镇西部，毗邻寮步镇，辖3个自然村。村内有省级文物保护单位彭氏大宗祠。[1][3]

沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，彭屋原名马坑，因村子面向马坑山而得名，后因彭姓聚居而改称彭屋。[2]

彭姓始祖彭应春（号云溪）中乡科后，曾任南雄教谕，致仕后迁回珠玑巷，此后族人南迁到此处拓基。各书所记迁入年份不同，有1223年和1228年两说。[2][4]

彭氏大宗祠[edit]

彭氏大宗祠建于明嘉靖年间，由官至陕西道监察御史的彭世潮与举人彭礼筹款建成，前后约十八年。[3]

祠堂坐东北朝西南，为五开间三进的合院式布局，占地600多平方米。[3]

博雅地名网称，祠内保存有「龙凤柱」一对，以及一对石质门鼎。[2]

祠堂被公布为第九批广东省文物保护单位。[3]

现状[edit]

东坑镇政府网所载，彭屋村总面积2.2平方公里，常住居民18717人，户籍2267人。[1]

村内文物保护单位包括省级的彭氏大宗祠、市级的永兴楼，镇级的亭岗古庙、觉缘庵、南圃公祠与得月公祠；另有一棵国家二级保护古树枫香树。[1]

截至2025年12月，村组两级总资产为72592万元，较2024年同期增长38.82%。[1]
