地名与沿革[edit]
博雅地名网记载，坑美村为明初立村，始祖李维统在明洪武初年定居。该村位于陇西一支的末端，原称坑尾，后人谐音改称坑美。[2][3]
1961年划归东坑公社，同年设大队管理委员会；1984年改为乡人民政府，1999年改为村委会。[3]
现状[edit]
村内有集体厂房约7万平方米，是集体收入的主要来源。规模以上企业10家，优质企业包括凯励电子厂、华荣科技厂和冠翔电机厂。[1]
据东坑镇政府网，2025年村方结合「百千万工程」省级典型培育村的创建，开展了绿美乡村建设等工作。[1]
