埔心村位于石排镇中心腹地，邻近东莞生态园，村域约2.2平方公里，由楼下、塘面、上汴三个自然村组成。[1]
村内有云岗古寺，始建于宋代，原为道教洪圣宫，2012年升格为广东省文物保护单位。村庄曾获广东省文明村、广东省卫生村等称号。[1][2][3]
人口与经济[edit]
户籍1756人，常住约三万一千人。2025年村社两级总收入约6967.3万元，增幅2.49%；纯收入约5186.2万元，降幅0.58%。[1]
村里企业约两百家，规上29家；个体户则有约1200户。主导行业是印刷包装与塑料五金，集体收入多来自物业出租。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
该寺又称云岗社学，据记载宋朝已建，寺内留有明清两代的重修题记，在东莞属独一份。清光绪七年（1881年）曾改作社学，2000年后重新作为寺庙使用。2012年列为广东省文物保护单位。[3]
荣誉[edit]
村庄获得过「东莞市创先争优先进基层党组织」「东莞市美丽圩镇建设攻坚行动示范圩镇」「广东省文明村」「广东省卫生村」「全国综合减灾示范社区」等称号。2025年，又获「全国文明村」称号。[1]
