周屋村属东城街道周屋社区管辖，处在街道的东北一隅，北边与余屋村相接，东侧临寒溪河，南侧与温塘的王山村相邻，西南方向接桑园村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里在宋代隶属广州中都督府的东莞县，到明代归文顺乡第二都。1999年改属周屋行政村；2003年起划归东城街道周屋社区。[1]

经济[edit]

村民在2015年底登记户籍2403人，全村面积2.76平方千米。当地工商业涉及电子、食品等多个门类，企业与个体户合计800余家。[1]

文化[edit]

村中的周氏宗祠建于明清，2012年11月列为第九批东莞市文物保护单位。[2]
