历史沿革[edit]
1959年立横山大队，1983年设乡人民政府，1987年为村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年定名横山村委会，沿用至今。[1]
广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予其「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
