洛阳村是广东省清远市连州市瑶安瑶族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境南部。村名取自村委会所在的洛阳街，此地旧属洛阳堡。[1]

全村辖13个自然村，村内人口3303人、667户，博雅地名网未注统计年份。[1] 村中农田约1301亩，主要种植双季水稻；林地约7000亩，以杉树、毛竹、松树和阔叶林为主。[1]

洛阳村下辖的13个自然村为红卫山、蕉冲、带田、竹园、石一、石二、洛阳街、大洞、隔江水、华村、鱼潭坳、曲洞和东风。[1] 各自然村沿新九河、瑶安河两岸分布，水源充足。[1]

文化[edit]

洛阳村的舞蹈队自2017年起，连续五年在「连州市广场舞表演」中获得第一名。[2] 洛阳村党总支还指导建立了高台小长鼓舞表演队。[2]

规划与建设[edit]

2024年10月，连州市自然资源局就「连州市瑶安瑶族乡高质量发展风情旅游建设项目」的建设用地规划许可申请作批前公示，用地位于洛阳村地段，计容建筑面积在13168.98至26337.96平方米之间。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，洛阳村获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予的「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2021年12月，获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2024年3月，被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
