龙坪村是广东省清远市连州市龙坪镇下辖的行政村，属镇中心区，镇政府驻地即在该村。[1][2]

村名原作千家寨，后因村旁山势被认为是龙脉而改为龙坪寨，此后镇名也由村名而来。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

元代至正二十五年（1365年）设村，初称千家寨。村边有山，相传为龙脉，村前地势平坦，遂改称龙坪寨。[1]

合作化时期，该村先后称互助组、初级社和高级社；1956年后改称大队，1983年一度设乡，1987年改为村委会，1990年起设管理区，1999年重新定为村委会。[1]

2017年10月，村获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予的「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2024年3月，又被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]

2018年7月，司法部和民政部授予龙坪村「第七批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」称号。[1]

经济[edit]

2022年10月，龙坪村经广东省农业农村厅认定，成为「2022年广东省一村一品一镇一业专业村」，主产柑橘。[1]

乡村建设[edit]

2026年，连州市政府的报道称龙坪村完成典型村创建，该项工作属镇政府投入4500万元的「美丽圩镇人居环境提升工程」。[3]
