2026年1月，坑塘村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

坑塘村1940年设保，1987年1月改为村委会，1999年3月由管理区改回村委会。2005年4月，四众村委会经县人民政府批准撤销，归入本村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

坑塘村的耕地连片开阔，水源充沛，属于粮食的主要产区。村中大量种植西洋菜等经济作物。[1]
